• Self-delivery: For the delivery of equipment by staff;
• Change of Location: For changing the location of equipment;
• Disposal Proposal: This refers to the verification of the incapacity of a piece of equipment for use, implying its eventual deactivation.
• NCA Requisition: For recording the location of goods purchased in the storeroom;
• Books Declaration: Declaration relating to the delivery of books for registration in the Library.
• Acquisition of Bibliographic Material: Form for recording acquisitions of bibliographic material.
